learndirect courses can lead to qualifications from Certificates in Adult Literacy and Numeracy (Maths and English), to NVQs, Degrees and Masters Degrees.
Gaining qualifications is a great way to stand out, increase your confidence and prove to employers that you've reached a recognised standard in a specific area.

Getting Started

Certificates in Maths and English
Certificates can be very valuable when applying for jobs. Your local learndirect centre will discuss your needs with you and advise on the right level of course to suit you.
IT Qualifications
learndirect offers a range of courses in IT - from the beginners Digital Literacy Certificate, through New CLAiT and CLAiT Plus and onto the European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL) and ITQs.
NVQs
NVQs are qualifications which demonstrate ability at work. Training is delivered mainly on the job and NVQ assessment recognises performance at work with a nationally recognised qualification.
Management Qualifications
The majority of our wide range of leadership and management courses can lead to one of three nationally recognised qualifications accredited by the ILM and are available through participating learndirect centres.
University Level Qualifications
Learning through Work allows you to get a university level qualification while you work. A flexible distance learning scheme, it's based on the idea that learning forms an everyday part of your working life.
